SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a ‘gram obsessed, Facebook believin’, organizational ninja to take-over our social media management.
The right person will become a student of our brand and be open to learning Britt’s voice and style. We aren’t looking for somebody to turn our strategy on it’s head, but instead want somebody who embraces what we have and streamlines our processes. and maximize brand growth by optimizing our current marketing channels while also developing new strategies.
The number one goal of this position is to find ways to repurpose our content to attract and engage our ideal audience.
Britt is looking for somebody to be her right-hand (and sometimes her left-hand too). This person should be able to take a simple direction and execute a complete organizational plan with very minimal direction.
The right person will be a Google-calendars-ninja, a verbiage king or queen, be a sucker for voice memos and be SUPER self directed. Britt needs an assistant to take work off her plate, not add to it. If you need lots of hand-holding and step-by-step directions…this won’t be a fit.
